Puff Pastry Apple Roses: A Stunning Dessert In Minutes

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry
2 red apples
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons apricot jam
Flour

Prepare Apples

Slice the apples thinly and place in water and lemon juice. Microwave them for 3 minutes then drain and set aside.

Prepare Puff Pastry

Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut 6 strips.

Assemble Roses

Spread apricot jam on strips. Lay apple slices on the strip and roll. Brush with cinnamon sugar.

Bake

Put rolled puff pastry into greased muffin tin and bake for 40 minutes.

Serve

Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy warm.
