Peanut Butter Cake With 5 Star Chunks: The Ultimate Comfort Dessert

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4–5 Cadbury 5 Star bars, chopped into chunks

Prepare

Set oven to 175°C and grease and line a loaf pan.

Make Wet Mix

Whisk eggs, peanut butter, brown sugar , oil, and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry ingredients

Sift together flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and stir to combine.

Add 5 Star and Bake

Cut 5-star bar into chunks and fold into the batter. Pour in prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes.

Serve

Top the cake with more chunks of 5 star and serve warm.
