Peanut Butter & Chocolate Bars With Walnuts: Easy No-Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup honey or maple syrup
2½ cups rolled oats
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Make base

Add peanut butter and honey in a saucepan, heat up and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in oats and walnuts.

Set the base

Line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the bottom of pan firmly.

Melt Chocolate

In a different bowl, melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave or a double boiler.

Spread Topping

Pour melted chocolate over the oar base and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set for about 1 hour.

Slice and Enjoy

Cut it into bars of squares, store in the fridge for upto a week and enjoy while it lasts.
