8 cups popped popcorn
12 Oreo cookies, crushed into chunks
1 cup caramel sauce
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup dark or milk chocolate chips
Spread popped popcorn on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo chunks evenly over the popcorn.
Heat sugar and water in a saucepan. Add corn syrup and melted butter. Boil and cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
Pour the prepared sauce over popcorn and Oreos while still hot. Toss everything untill evenly coated.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over the caramel-infused popcorn and Oreo bed. Let it set then break into clusters and serve.
