One-Bowl Cake Recipe For Quick And Decadent Treat

Ingredients

1 and 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) boiling water

Preheat Oven and Prepare Pans

Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 Degree C). Grease and flour the baking pans.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Stir in sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

Add Wet Ingredients and Mix

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry mixture and mix the ingredients until well combined. Add boiling water to make it thin.

Bake the Cake

Pour the batter in greased pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick and take out the cake once cooled.

Frost and Serve

Cover the cake with frosting and decorations, serve and enjoy.
