1 large ripe mango
½ cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons condensed milk
50 grams Dairy Milk Silk chocolate
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
Blend mango pulp with condensed milk, lemon juice, and salt to make a smooth puree.
Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold it into mango puree mixture.
Melt Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate over a double boiler until runny and smooth.
Pour the whipped cream mango mixture into serving glasses. Drizzle melted chocolate over it. Garnish and serve.
