No-Bake Oreo Tart: A Summer Dessert You Can Make In 20 Minutes

Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies
1/4 cup melted butter
200g dark or semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter

Prepare Oreo Crust

Crush Oreo cookies to a coarse powder in a food processor. Mix melted butter and press it into tart pan. Chill in the fridge.

Make Chocolate Ganache

Heat cream until simmering starts. Pour this over chopped chocolate and let sit to melt chocolate. Stir and combine.

Fill Tart

Pour chocolate ganache into Oreo crust. Smoothen the top and refrigerate again until set.

Serve

Once the tart is set, slice it up to serve. You can garnish it with Oreo crumbs or fruits for a delightful presentation.
