1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter
1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (120ml) fresh key lime juice
1 tablespoon key lime zest
1 cup (240g) heavy cream or whipping cream
Mix crumbled graham crackers with sugar and melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of pie dish to make the crust. Chill.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Take heavy cream in a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold in whipped cream into lime mixture until well combined.
Pour filling into chilled crust, spread evenly, refrigerate to set and serve with your favorite garnishes.
