No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Bars For Winter Dessert Tables

Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese
396 gm sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup whipped heavy cream

Make Crust

Combine melted butter and crushed graham crackers, make a crumbly mixture and press it into a lined baking dish.

Make Filling

Beat cream cheese and add condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well and fold in whipped cream.

Fill and Freeze

Spread the filling well on the crust and chill for 4 hours or overnight.

Serve

Top the pie with your favorite toppings and slice it up to serve.
