No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe For Hot Days

Ingredients

For no-bake brownie layer -
18 graham crackers approx 3 cups cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 can sweetened condensed milk

For the chocolate ganache layer
¾ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons heavy cream
2 teaspoons butter
Pinch of salt

Crush graham crackers

Process graham crackers in a food processor until they get as fine as sand.

Make chocolate mix

Microwave condensed milk for 30 seconds, then stir in cocoa powder and vanilla until smooth.

Combine with crumbs

Fold in the cracker crumbs until well combined.

Line the baking pan

Line an 8” square pan with double layers of parchment paper.

Make crumb for cake

Press the crumb mixture into the pan evenly with a spatula.

Chill

Chill the base in the fridge and prepare the ganache by melting bittersweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.

Pour ganache

Pour the ganache over the chilled brownie base, spreading evenly. Chill the brownies until set then take out and chop to squares and serve right away.
