250-300g crescent roll dough
1/2 cup dark or milk chocolate chunks (or a mix of both)
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Set the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine cinnamon powder with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Roll out the dough, cut it into small squares. Place a piece of chocolate in the middle and fold the square to make triangle. Roll it further and curve from edges to make crescent shape.
Brush with melted butter and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Coat the crescents in cinnamon sugar while still warm and serve.
