Mini Yorkshire Puddings: Ideal Finger Foods For Your Next Party

Ingredients

100g plain flour
2 large eggs
200ml milk
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Prepare Batter

Whisk flour, eggs, milk, and salt together until smooth batter forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 220°C. Place a muffin tin in oven to heat it up as well.

Prepare Tin

Add ½ teaspoon of oil into muffin cup and place it in oven for 10 minutes until oil is smoking hot.

Pour Batter

Remove tin from oven and fill the molds with batter halfway. Return the pan to oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Serve

Remove Yorkshire puddings from tin and serve hot.
