Mini Peanut Butter Cheesecakes For Every Occasion

Ingredients

1 cup crushed Oreos
2 tbsp granulated sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg

Prepare the Crust

Preheat oven and line muffin tins. Combine Oreo crumbs with sugar and melted butter and divide it in like cups pressing firmly to bottom. Bake for 5 mins.

Prepare Filling

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together. Add sugar, vanilla, and beat in eggs.

Assemble and Bake

Spoon filling into cooled crusts. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.

Chill

Chill the cheesecakes for 2 hours, decorate with chopped nuts or chocolate drizzle then serve.
