1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 whole can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh key lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of muffin tin molds. Chill to set.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Fold in whipped cream to make fluffy mixture.
Spoon the filling into each crust and chill for 2 hours.
Remove tarts and garnish with whipped cream and lime zest. Serve.
