Ingredients

250 grams chhena
100 grams khoya
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
Oil for deep-frying

Prepare Dough

Make the dough by blending the khoya and chhena until they form smooth spheres.

Prepare Syrup

To make sugar syrup
bring sugar and water to a boil
then set aside.

Cook The Balls

The chhena-khoya balls should be deep-fried in hot oil till golden brown.

Dip In Syrup And Serve

Soak the fried balls in the heated sugar syrup for approximately half an hour right away.
To serve, let them cool a little and enjoy.
