1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (120ml) fresh key lime juice
1 tablespoon key lime zest
1 cup (240g) heavy cream or whipping cream
Mix crumbled graham crackers with sugar and melted butter. Press it into small cups to make crust.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice. Fold in whipped cream until evenly combined.
Spoon filling into each cup. Freeze and garnish with whipped cream or lime zest before serving.
