Kalakand Recipe: A Sweet Treat From The Streets Of Ayodhya

Ingredients

2 cups full-fat milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
1 tbsp ghee

Boil The Milk

Milk should be reduced to a thick
gritty consistency after boiling.

Thicken The Mixture

Cook the mixture until it thickens by adding condensed milk.

Garnish

Add cardamom powder
distribute over a plate that has been oiled
and sprinkle with nuts.

Serve

After cooling
cut into squares.
