Irresistible Carrot Cake Recipe To Celebrate National Carrot Cake Day

Ingredients

2 cups grated carrots
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease 9-inch round cake pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Add Wet Ingredients

Beat in cracked eggs, oil, and grated carrots. Mix well.

Bake

Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and serve with your favorite frosting.
