½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp reduced apple cider (from ¼ cup)
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

Simmer apple cider vinegar in a small pan until it is reduced to 2 tablespoons.
Take a bowl and mix browned butter, brown sugar, egg, and reduced cider until a smooth mixture forms.
Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir to make a dough then chill it for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
Make cookie shapes of the dough and place on a lined baking tray. Place a piece of 5 Star chocolate on each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes at 175°C then cool and serve.
