1 cup semolina
2 cups almond milk or plant-based milk
1/2 cup sugar or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
Toast semolina with ghee on medium flame until golden and aromatic. Set aside.
Heat mil int the same pan and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
Stir in sugar or honey, and cardamom powder to the warm almond milk.
Add toasted semolina to warm milk and stir continuously.
Cool the recipe until thickend and served with nuts as garnish.
