How To Make Tricolored Barfi For A Festive Dessert Spread

Ingredients

2 cups milk powder 1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp pistachio powder
2 tbsp saffron milk

Prepare Base Mixture

Take ghee in a pan, add milk and condensed milk and heat it up while stirring. Add milk powder gradually and cook until dough forms.

Divide and Color

Divide dough to three parts. Color saffron with saffron infused milk and green with pistachio powder.

Layer the Barfi

Spread out each dough part with a rolling pin. Cut to desired shape and stack the three colors. Press firmly.

Set and Garnish

Set in the fridge and enjoy.
