Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (or chia seeds)
½ cup melted coconut oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup almond milk
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

Make Flax Egg

Soak flaxseeds in water for 5-10 minutes to make flax egg.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Combine coconut oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add flax egg and whisk.

Make Batter

Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together. Add wet ingredients in it and fold gently. Add chocolate chips.

Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan and pour the batter then bake brownies for 25 minutes.

Serve

Slice brownies to cubes and serve.
