3 medium apples
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt butter and add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes until caramelized.
Heat milk in a pan. Mix cornstarch in cold milk then add it to heated milk, stir until thickened.
Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla.
Layer apple pieces and pudding in glasses, freeze to set, serve chilled.
