How To Make Queijadinha: Brazilian Coconut And Cheese Pastries

Ingredients

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Prepare

Preheat the oven and grease muffin tin.

Make Dry Mix

Mix parmesan cheese, shredded coconut and sugar.

Make The Batter

Add eggs, melted butter, condensed milk, and flour to the mixture and combine well.

Bake

Spoon the batter into greased tin and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy the cheesy and coconutty flavors.
