Ingredients

150 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
100 g unsalted butter, softened
100 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 ml milk

Preheat Oven And Mix Dry Ingredients

Grease mini loaf pans and preheat oven to 175°C. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.

Cream Sugar And Butter And Add The Wet Ingredients

Beat sugar and butter until they are light and fluffy. Whisk in the vanilla extract after adding the eggs one at a time.

Mix And Fold

Add dry ingredients gradually, switching between them and milk, and fold until smooth.

Bake

Evenly distribute mixture into mini loaf pans, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Chill And Serve

Before frosting, glaze, or sprinkles, allow the cakes to cool fully.
