How To Make Healthy Raspberry Chia Pudding For Breakfast Or Dessert

Ingredients

200g raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
250ml almond milk
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend The Flavors

Blend vanilla, honey, and raspberries until smooth.

Mix Chia Seeds

Stir the chia seeds into the almond milk and let it thicken for ten minutes.

Blend Pureed Raspberries

Stir in the pureed raspberries and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Top And Serve

Top with more raspberries or granola and serve cold.
