How To Make Coffee-Flavored Tartufo: An Italian Dessert With A Rich Surprise

Ingredients

2 cups coffee gelato (or ice cream)
1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Chocolate truffles or cherries (for the center)

Roll Gelato

Roll a scoop of coffee gelato into a ball shape and press a chocolate truffle or cherry in the center.

Freeze

Roll in melted chocolate and freeze again after freezing until solid.

Dust And Serve

Apply cocoa powder once it has set and serve.
