How To Make Brazilian Tapioca Pudding: A Comforting Treat

Ingredients

1/2 cup small tapioca pearls
2 cups whole milk
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp shredded coconut

Soak Tapioca

Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30-45 minutes and drain once soaked.

Cook Tapioca

Cook the soaked tapioca in milk and coconut milk on medium heat while stirring.

Add Flavor

Add sugar and salt. Simmer until tapioca is translucent and thick. Once cooked, add vanilla and stir.

Serve

Serve the pudding with shredded coconut as garnish.
