How To Make Banarasi-Style Malai Laddu At Home

Ingredients

1 cup fresh cream (malai)
1 cup khoya (mawa)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish

Combine Ingredients

Combine khoya and cream in a pan and simmer over low heat until thickened.

Add Flavorings

Stir in cardamom and powdered sugar until thoroughly blended.

Form Laddus

Allow the mixture to cool before forming it into little laddus.

Garnish And Serve

Serve with chopped nuts as a garnish.
