Ingredients

150g nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
120g dates (pitted)
200g cashews (soaked, drained)
120ml coconut cream
80ml maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice

Prepare The Crust

Mix the dates and nuts, then press into the pan's bottom.

Get The Filling Ready

Add the lemon juice, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and soaked cashews and blend until smooth.

Put Together

Cover the crust with the filling, then level the top.

Prepare And Serve

Slice and serve after 4 hours in the freezer and 10 minutes at room temperature.
