10–12 Oreo cookies
1 ripe mango (peeled & chopped)
1 cup whipped cream or fresh cream
1–2 tbsp condensed milk
A few mint leaves or chocolate shavings
Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor to coarse crumbs. Set aside.
Dice mango to small cubes. Separate in half and puree one half of mangoes.
Whisk cream until fluffy and soft. Add condensed milk for sweetness and chill.
Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom. Add mango chunks over it. Layer mango puree and repeat the layers until glass is full.
Top with cream and mango bits. Freeze and serve chilled.
