Ingredients

1 cup plain or flavored yogurt (Greek or regular)
½ cup granola
Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana slices, or kiwi)
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Nuts or seeds (optional)

Start With Yogurt

Spread some yogurt in a glass or dish.
Add a layer of granola on top.

Add Fruits And Layer

Spread some fresh fruit on top.
Layers can be repeated as needed.

Garnish With Nuts

If used
sprinkle with nuts or seeds and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
