Ingredients

200g chocolate (milk, dark, or white) Lollipop sticks Silicone lollipop or candy molds (or use parchment-lined tray)

Melt chocolate

Break chocolate and melt using a double boiler until smooth.

Fill Molds

Pipe melted chocolate into lollipop molds and tap to remove air bubbles.

Add Sticks

Insert the lollipop sticks to the chocolate while it is still soft. Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until firm.

Pop out, decorate, and serve

Pop the lollipops out of mold, coat in melted chocolate and sprinkle some chopped nuts. Serve and enjoy.
