1 cup mango pulp 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/2 tsp cornstarch 2 tbsp milk 1/3 cup raisins 2 tbsp butter 4 Cadbury Chocobakes cakes 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp chopped almonds
Crumble Chocobakes cake and mix with melted butter and chopped almonds. Press it on the base of serving glasses.
Mix cornstarch with mik. Heat a pan and add mango pulp, condensed milk, and sugar on low heat. Stir in cornstarch mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Beat cold whipping cream until fluffy and fold it into mango mixture.
Soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes then dry them and add to the mousse.
Pour the mousse over the Chocobakes base and garnish with nuts to serve.
