Homemade Cherry Cheesecake: Indulgent Layers With A Silk Chocolate Twist

Ingredients

20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
¼ cup melted butter
250g cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
100g Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate
¾ cup halved cherries
1 cup whole cherries
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
50g dark chocolate

Make Oreo Crust

Combine Oreo crumb with melted butter and press it at the bottom of greased springform pan creating an even layer. Chill to set.

Prepare Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese and add condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in heavy cream and melted chocolate.

Layer

Pour half of the filling over the crust. Line halved cherries evenly over it and top off with remaining filling. Line whole cherries on the top.

Chill and Set

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Dust cocoa powder and drizzle melted chocolate for garnish.
