Introduction

Habshi halwa is a beloved delicacy that is popular in India and Pakistan. It is a simple preparation made using milk, ghee, flour, spices, almonds, and other nuts. Give this halwa a try.

Roast the wheat flour in ghee until it is dark brown. Concurrently, dissolve sugar in water to form syrup.

Stir together the syrup and the toasted flour until thick. Mix in the cardamom powder and shape into the desired shape.

Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired and allow it to cool before cutting it into pieces
