Gulkand Strawberry Dessert With Oreo Crumble: How To Make It Pop

Ingredients

12 Oreo cookies
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or fresh cream)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp gulkand
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 tbsp honey or sugar
½ tsp rose water

Prepare Oreo Crumble

Crush Oreos finely and mix with melted butter to make a sand-like consistency. Press it at the base of serving glasses.

Make Gulkand Cream

Whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in gulkand and cardamom powder. Chill for 10-15 minutes.

Soften Strawberries

Combine strawberries with sweetener and rose water. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Assemble

Spoon the gulkand cream over the Oreo base, add a layer of strawberries and repeat the layers until the glass is full. Refrigerate to set and serve chilled.
