Gulab Jamun With Chocolate Drizzle: A Fusion Dessert You Need To Try

Ingredients

1 cup gulab jamun mix
Milk to make dough
Oil or ghee – for frying
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
100 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp cream

Make Sugar Syrup

Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves then simmer for 5 minutes to make it thick.

Make Gulab Jamun

Mix gulab jamun mix with milk and make a soft dough. Roll into small, crack-free, and smooth balls. Deep fry until golden brown.

Soak

Dunk fried gulab jamun into sugar syrup and soak for 30 minutes.

Assemble

Mix dark chocolate with cream. Coat gulab jamun with chocolate and chill for few minutes. Serve once firm enough.
