Gudi Padwa Fusion Treats: How To Make Pistachio Chocolate Peda At Home

Ingredients

1 cup khoya
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
️¼ cup chopped pistachios
️ 1 tbsp ghee

Cook Khoya

Heat ghee in a pan and add crumbled khoya. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes until slightly melted.

Add Flavor

Mix in powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir continuously.

Add Nuts

Mix in chopped pistachios and combine evenly. Let mixture thicken.

Let Cool and Shape

Once cooked, let the mixture cool slightly then shaped to small pedas with greased hands. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
