Gudi Padwa Festive Delight: Creamy Chocolate Peda With Crushed Pistachios

Ingredients

1 cup khoya
½ cup condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup crushed pistachios
1 tbsp ghee

Cook Khoya

Crumble khoya and cook with ghee on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add Condensed Milk

Add condensed milk and mix well.

Add Cocoa

Sift in cocoa powder and stir until well combined. Add crushed pistachios and distribute evenly.

Shape

Remove from heat once its thick, then let cool. Shape into small pedas. Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve.
