2 cups heavy cream
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet (2 ½ tsp) gelatin
2 tbsp water
1 ripe pear, diced
Sprinkle gelatin powder on water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Combine cream, milk, sugar, and grated ginger in a saucepan and heat until its warm.
Remove the mixture and stir in gelatin. Next, add vanilla extract. Strain out ginger and pour the mixture into ramekins.
Chill in the fridge for 4 hours and serve with diced pear topping.
