Fusion Sweet For Yaosang: Easy Coconut Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup dark chocolate
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup chopped nuts
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Melt Chocolate

Melt butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan on low heat. Stir well.

Add Coconut

Stir in desiccated coconut and cocoa powder. Mix well.

Add Sweetener

Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until thick mixture forms.

Add Nuts and Set

Mix in chopped nuts and pour the mixture onto a greased baking dish. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Cut and Serve

Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve with shredded coconut drizzle.
