Fusion Rasmalai With Chocolate Sauce Recipe For A Modern Twist

Ingredients

500 ml full-fat milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
500 ml water
200 g sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
500 ml full-fat milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts

Make Chenna Patties

Boil milk and curdle with lemon juice. Strain and knead chenna to smooth dough. Shape into small discs.

Cook in Sugar Syrup

Boil water with sugar. Add patties and cook for 10 minutes until patties swell. Set aside.

Make Rabri

Boil milk until reduced to half. Add sugar, cardamom, saffron, and nuts. Cool the mixture.

Make Chocolate Sauce

Heat cream and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts and add cocoa powder and honey for more flavor.

Assemble

Squeeze out syrup from patties, place in bowl and pour rabri on top. Drizzle chocolate sauce and garnish with nuts.
