Fruity Frozen Yogurt Popsicles Perfect For National Frozen Yogurt Day

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
1 ½ cups mixed fresh fruit
2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Popsicle molds and sticks

Prepare Fruits

Choose from berries, apples, or mangoes. Chop the fruits and puree to smooth texture. Add chunks of fruits for bite.

Make Yogurt Mixture

Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Add vanilla extract and stir to mix well.

Layer

Pour yogurt mixture then add few pieces of fruits and fruit puree. Swirl to make marble effect or keep as it is.

Freeze

Insert sticks then freeze the popsicles. Unmold and serve chilled.
