Fruit Jelly Candy With Dairy Milk Center: A Festive No-Bake Sweet

Ingredients

1 cup clear fruit juice (mango, strawberry, orange, or mixed fruit)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp agar agar powder (or 2½ tsp gelatin for non-veg version)
½ tsp lemon juice
A few drops of food coloring
6 small Dairy Milk chocolates, chopped into 12 small chunks

Make Jelly Base

Mix fruit juice, sugar, and agar agar in a saucepan. Stir and heat over medium flame. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Assemble Candies

Take silicone candy mold, pour a thin layer of warm jelly and let set. Put a piece of Dairy Milk chocolate in the center of each mold and pour more jelly over it.

Chill to Set

Let molds sit at room temperature for 10 minutes then refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.

Unmold and Serve

Pop the candies out of mold and serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge for later.
