Frozen Yogurt Gelato Recipe For A Creamy, Guilt-Free Treat

Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Mix Ingredients

Whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Add lemon juice for refreshing twist. Blend mixture well.

Chill

Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes or an hour. Once chilled, churn it into ice cream maker.

Freeze

Freeze gelato for 2-3 hours then scoop it out to serve.

Tips

For flavor variation, include some fruits like berries, apples, or mangoes.
