Fried Banana Fritters: A Crispy & Sweet Delight For Yaosang

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, halved
1 cup rice flour
½ cup water
2 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Oil for deep frying

Prepare Batter

Combine rice flour, sugar, salt, cardamom powder, and sesame seeds. Add water gradually and make a thick batter.

Coat and Fry

Heat oil in a pan until hot. Coat halved bananas in batter and deep fry until golden and crispy. You can fix bananas into a stick to make dipping easier.

Drain

Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Coat with cinnamon sugar.

Serve

Serve the fritters warm and enjoy with a drizzle of honey.
