French Pastry Heaven: Almond And Pear Tart Recipe

Ingredients

1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
2-3 ripe pears
½ cup almond meal
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey

Prepare Tart Base

Preheat oven to 190°C. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lined baking sheet. Trim the edges.

Make Almond Cream

Combine softened butter, sugar, and almond meal until smooth.

Prepare Pears

Peel, core, and slice the pears and arrange evenly over almond cream.

Bake and Serve

Bake the tart in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Glaze with hot honey and slice to serve.
