Ingredients

Sponge cake: 1 (8-inch, pre-made) Ice cream (any flavor): 500 ml Egg whites: 4 Sugar: 100 g Vanilla extract: 1 tsp Brandy or rum: 50 ml

Prepare The Cake

Put ice cream on top of the sponge cake and freeze it until it solidifies.

Prepare Meringue

For the meringue, beat the egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Ensure The Meringue Consistency

Make sure there are no holes in the meringue covering the frozen cake.

Serve

Cover the meringue with heated brandy or rum, then light it. Serve right away!
