Elevate Peda With Silk Chocolate And Pistachios For Gudi Padwa Festive Treat

Ingredients

1 cup khoya
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup Cadbury Silk chocolate
¼ cup crushed pistachios
1 tbsp ghee

Cook Khoya Mixture

Heat ghee and add crumbled khoya. Cook for 2-3 minutes then pour in condensed milk. Mix well.

Add Chocolate

Add melted Silk chocolate and mix until well combined. Stir in crushed pistachios.

Make Pedas

Let the mixture cool enough to handle and shape into small balls. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
